Teacher on strike

We've been talking about teacher going on strike in our school. All of the primary schools will go on strike on August 15. And we also made a DLO of it why on earth the teacher are going on strike.

My Hotspot doc

Hi today,
In the last few weeks we did some writing in our hot spot doc in our school. So here i'm going to show you what I have been writing in my Hotspot doc. 

The rain slap the window with sharp splattering sound. Spat , spat spat on the slimy skinny stinky glass. Spat, spat, spat against the gigantic window. Spat, spat, spat the lonely manor tucked into the wooded hillside.

My breath made a Massive puffs with white vapour in the dim attic. The vapour puffs curled like dancing genies in the dim light from the rain streaked window. I shivered and tucked my knees against my chest, then curled into a clumsy ball on the rickety makeshifter bed-the sole piece of furniture in that dreadful attic.

I was starving.

'The three little pig's wondering'

Hi today,

Im going to show you what we have been doing last week from our school. We have to write things that we thought after reading the story. And we need to make it in our own words.


I wonder if the a third little pig will die for killing the wolf to death. I wonder if the third little pig will eat all the food that he get. Maybe if the wolf's grandma will stay alive she will eat the third little pig and blow his house. Maybe when the third little pig ate the wolf his brother,sister, mum and dad will burn the third little pig's house and eat him for their grandma. I when the  wolf eat the first and the second little pig maybe when the third little pig boiled him with hot water they where still alive in his tummy. I wonder when the wolf try to eat the first and second little pig they will run to the third little pig's house so their safe. 

What is a fraction

Good day,
From last Friday we've been learning about fraction and what is fraction. Fraction is any part of a group and a number or a whole. The Numerator is how many you need to colour in or shade and the Denominator is how many pieces you have to cut. I will show you it.

The three little pig's

Hi guy's,
In the past few week in our reading we've been talking about what is Protagonist and the antagonist means. Protagonist means the good guy and the antagonist is the Villain or the bad guy. I will show you the 1 things that I've done. In the fake story of the three little pig the third little pig is the protagonist. But in the real story the wolf was the Protagonist because he was just asking for a cup of sugar to make a cake for her granny.

Hi guy's
Today I will show you what did we did in the past few week. Our focus is to add sences of places, adding more interesting words and adjective's.

In the mid afternoon when we arrive in Selwyn swimming pool my heart was pumping like excitement. I heard people laughing and screaming like crazy. It sound like lots of people crowded and going on roller coaster.

I hop in the pool then Suddenly I found a coin lying on the ground so me and my brother play hide the coin. Then we explained the rules how to play. I hid the coin right in the corner of the pool. Then he  race down with his transparent goggle and dive into the water. There was splashing everywhere. Then he started to find the coin. But I saw the new event of riding boats. So I told to my brother and go there but there was only one more boat left. So my brother went back to the water and continuing as I ride on the boat. Then a kid told to have a race. We started on the line after we get on the line the lifeguard blew its whistle then we stear fast as we can he was catching up, just a second he beat me. It was my time to hop out on the boat then I saw my brother just relaxing on the pool. My brother wanted to play tag on the pool so we did it. After playing tag I told to my brother to have a contest who can swim fast and who can hold their breath longer. But then I feel starving so I come out to the pool then I ate donut’s so then my brother followed me. It was great to go there so we drove home.
