What book I got from Duffy!

Welcome back to my blog, I am sorry for not upload lots of blog because i'm busy of school. But anyways I will show you my book that I got from duffy.

The book's cover has lots of detail and lots of colour but I haven't read all of it. The book tittle is predator's gold and its written by Philip Reeve. The page has three hundred and two pages and at the back of the page it has information about Philip Reeve. And at the back of the cover it has information about the book.

Creatures (activity five) Pt. 10

Hi everyone,

This is the last activity that I am going to show you guys because I have run out of time and they are twenty activity. And also tomorrow it is school time and the end of the holiday. 

The last activity I am going to show you is activity five, In activity five I had to create a poster or a dlo. To show what all my family members favourite animal and why. My family all had a different answer to our favourite animal.

It was a very easy and fun activity to talk to all my family member what their favourite animal and why.

Creatures (Activity nine) Pt. 9

Hi guys,

I am very sorry for not blogging for so long because I have been so busy in the holiday and kept going to birthday party and my friends house.

But now here I am I have another activity from winter learning journey, the activity is number nine. I have to make a non chronological report about a animal. This activity that I made is on a google drawing.

Creatures (Activity three) Pt.8

Hi guys,

Welcome back to my blog I have another activity to show you guys in winter learning journey. And it is a very exciting activity.

And this activity is about vocabulary, "homonym" And it means is a word that is spelled the same but has two different meaning. So the challenge was to write about the two meanings of "bark" and "bat".  I also add another bonus one because it is very fun and interesting.

And I had made a document and copy and paste it to my blog so its much cleaner. Here is my two definition of bark and bat.

Homonym

What does bark means- A loud aggressive sound of a dog, the outside covering the trunks, the branches and the roots of a tree. 

What does bat means- A solid wooden bat with a handle used for hitting a ball of something, An animal that fly with stretchy wings and sharp teeth. 

What does mouse means- A super tiny animal with long tail and big ears, A purpose for a laptop and a desktop for gaming also to click something if your desktop or laptop is not touchscreen.

Creatures (Activity twenty) Pt.7

Hi everyone,

I have another activity that I will show to you from winter learning journey. 

The activity was write about me being a zookeeper in Orana Park if you don't know where is Orana Park its in New Zealand it's a zoo with lots of animal and you will have fun. 

It was really fun writing about being a zookeeper  in Orana park. 

Here is my writing:

I’ve woken up to my house in orana park and I am a zookeeper first thing that I did. Was brush my teeth and eat breakfast after I’ve all done my things. 

I went outside of the zoo and see if all the animals were okay and give them food. All the animals were all friendly to me because they know me when I was a younger person. And my favourite was the horse it was easy to feed and clean. It takes me two hours to feed all the animals. 

Then it was time to open my zoo and all my employees came and work with the cashier. Lots of people came and it was 8:30pm it was time to close. All my employees went home and I was so tired and seep in my bedroom.

Creatures (Activity seventeen) Pt. 6

Hello guys,

Welcome back to my blog, in this blog post I will show you another task that I am doing for winter learning journey.

So in the winter learning journey I had another favourite activity that I would like to show you, and the activity was seventeen. This activity might be difficult or easy it depends how many words your animal has.

The activity is to choose an animal and write its name down the sides, and create a acrostic poem about my animal.

Creatures (activity seven) Pt.5

Hi everyone,

I have another amazing activity from the winter learning journey that is really creative.

This time is about maths, is about measurements. And the activity was choose a stuff toy animal to measure. Measure the length of its part as many ways as you can, and use a non standard and a standard units for each part. 

I made a a google drawing for my non standard unit and also my standard units. I was being smart that I labelled each part of the stuff toy. 

 It was really fun and creative to do  but sometimes I was getting frustrated because I get an object and it doesn't have the same size.
